1. Fi — Leading Function: Relations

INFj’s main strength is a refined and deep understanding of interpersonal relationships, moral principles, and the inner world of people. They sensitively notice likes, dislikes, and the experiences of others and know how to be tactful and maintain warmth and harmony in communication.

2. Ne — Creative Function: Possibilities

INFj can see different ways in which events may develop and recognize potential in people and ideas, revealing unexpected sides of them. This Function helps them remain flexible, inspire others to search for new paths and solutions, and see the world in many dimensions.

3. Ti — Role Function: Structure

INFj tries to be logical, reason consistently, build clear arguments, and explain their point of view logically. However, they do so more from a sense of duty and a wish to appear understandable and serious to others than from an inner inclination.

4. Se — Vulnerable Function: Force

This is the weakest area. INFj finds it difficult to be assertive, apply pressure, act through force, or engage in confrontation. Harsh competition, pressure, and conflict may frighten or tire them, and they try to avoid direct struggles and open clashes.
