What we collect

When you start a video questionnaire, Real16Types collects the preferred name or pseudonym, email address, age, country, optional city and gender, questionnaire progress, video and audio recordings, technical upload information, and the permissions you select. A full legal name is not required.

Why we collect it

The information is used to preserve your recording session, let you return on another device, receive and review your questionnaire, communicate with you, prepare a Socionics typing assessment, protect the service from abuse, and maintain the security and reliability of uploads.

AI-assisted analysis

Real16Types may use third-party AI tools to transcribe recordings, analyze a transcript, identify evidence and competing interpretations, and help prepare a draft report. AI output is not treated as the final decision: a human typist reviews the material and makes the final assessment.

Optional educational use

If you select closed educational use, your recording, transcript, and typing analysis may be shown in private learning groups or used in non-public teaching materials. This permission does not allow public posting. Leaving it unchecked does not affect eligibility for typing.

Optional AI research and development

If you select AI research and development, your recording, transcript, and resulting annotations may be retained and used to develop, evaluate, or train Real16Types AI-assisted typing methods. This is separate from using AI to help analyze your own questionnaire. Leaving it unchecked does not affect eligibility for typing.

Public use

No option in the questionnaire authorizes public posting, advertising, an open course, social media, or YouTube publication. Public use requires separate permission that describes the intended use.

Storage and service providers

Recordings and questionnaire records are stored using access-controlled cloud infrastructure. Real16Types may use service providers for hosting, storage, email delivery, transcription, and AI-assisted processing. Information is shared only as needed to operate those services and perform the selected purposes.

Access and identity

Questionnaire media is not intended for public access. Administrators and authorized reviewers may access it when needed for typing and service operation. Closed educational participants should see only limited profile information such as pseudonym, age, and gender, rather than a participant's real name or email address.

Retention, deletion, and changing your choices

The pilot does not yet promise a fixed automatic deletion date. You may request deletion of your questionnaire or withdraw optional permissions for future use by emailing questionnaire@real16types.com and including your questionnaire reference code. Withdrawal cannot undo a use that already occurred while permission was active, but it will apply to future use where reasonably possible.

Timing and results

Submitting a questionnaire confirms receipt, not a guaranteed typing result or delivery date. Typing order and estimated wait depend on the current announcement, service priority, typist availability, and whether a questionnaire is selected for review.

Age limit

The questionnaire is currently available only to people age 18 or older. Do not provide a false age. A separate process would be required before accepting submissions from minors.
