1. Se — Leading Function: Force

ESFP’s main strength is active and confident influence on the world and other people. They sense power, keep situations under control, persistently pursue goals, and act assertively. They are comfortable in conditions of competition and struggles for power or influence.

2. Fi — Creative Function: Relations

ESFP understands personal likes and dislikes very well, can see how people relate to one another, and skillfully builds personal relationships. This Function helps them not only pressure or manage, but also interact flexibly, win people’s favor, and be charming.

3. Ne — Role Function: Possibilities

ESFP tries to demonstrate openness to new ideas, hypotheses, and alternatives, but this is mainly a role. They may support a discussion about possibilities, but do not become deeply absorbed in it and prefer concrete action and proven paths.

4. Ti — Vulnerable Function: Structure

This is the weakest area. ESFP finds it difficult to maintain strict internal logic and follow complex theoretical frameworks. They may have difficulty understanding abstract systems and rules, especially when these are not connected to practice and everyday life.

5. Ni — Suggestive Function: Time

ESFP appreciates having someone nearby who can see hidden meaning, forecast how events will develop, and gently suggest what should be done and when. This helps them avoid unnecessary haste and choose a better time for action.

6. Te — Activating Function: Practicality

ESFP becomes more engaged around people who can act rationally, gather facts, and make quick and pragmatic decisions. This gives them confidence and helps them become more productive.

7. Si — Limiting Function: Comfort

ESFP can be critical of excessive attention to everyday life, comfort details, and bodily concerns. These seem secondary to them: strength, passion, and energy matter more than coziness and calm.

8. Fe — Background Function: Emotions

ESFP naturally creates an emotional atmosphere, appears bright and charismatic, and spreads their mood to others. This works easily in the background and helps them remain attractive to the people around them.
