1. Te — Leading Function: Practicality

ENTJ’s main strength is the ability to act efficiently, achieve concrete results, and work with facts and technology. They understand what works and what does not, can organize processes, increase productivity, and look for practical benefit. They are oriented toward efficiency and real returns.

2. Ni — Creative Function: Time

ENTJ has a strong sense of trends and patterns in how events develop. They can build long-term plans, predict the consequences of actions, and see the larger picture over time. This Function helps them not merely act, but act strategically and at the right moment.

3. Fe — Role Function: Emotions

ENTJ understands that emotions are sometimes needed to motivate people and create the right attitude and tries to use them, but this can feel tense. They may appear to be performing emotional expression, but they do so for the sake of the task.

4. Si — Vulnerable Function: Comfort

This is a weak area. ENTJ is not strongly oriented toward bodily comfort, coziness, rest, or care for health. They may forget about routine, fail to notice tiredness, or overlook small details that create comfort. Excessive attention to such matters may irritate or bore them.

5. Fi — Suggestive Function: Relations

ENTJ appreciates having someone nearby who understands personal relationships and helps them navigate human likes and dislikes. They need ethical orientation, advice about relationships, and help evaluating people.

6. Se — Activating Function: Force

ENTJ is inspired by people who can show assertiveness, decisiveness, and firmness. Through contact with them, they become more forceful and active, learn to defend their interests better, and respond more quickly to external challenges.

7. Ti — Limiting Function: Structure

ENTJ can be critical of excessive scholasticism, overextended reasoning, and theory built for its own sake. They prefer concreteness and practical value and may restrain people who become absorbed in complex logical frameworks that do not lead to results.

8. Ne — Background Function: Possibilities

ENTJ easily and naturally uses an awareness of alternatives and potential possibilities when this helps the task. They can notice new directions for development, but do not make this their central activity. It is a background ability that they use when necessary.
