1. Fe — Leading Function: Emotions
ENFJ’s main strength is managing the emotional state of people and the overall atmosphere. They sense emotions well, express them brightly, inspire, energize, and lead others. Emotions are their main instrument of influence and a way to unite people around an idea or goal.
2. Ni — Creative Function: Time
ENFJ can forecast how events will develop, anticipate changes, and see where a situation is moving. This helps them choose the right moment for emotional influence and adjust their words and actions to the context of time.
3. Te — Role Function: Practicality
ENFJ tries to demonstrate business ability, speak in terms of facts, and focus on results, but this is mainly a social role. They may find it difficult to act strictly by calculation and remain fully rational, but in society they can play the part of a businesslike person in order to meet expectations.
4. Si — Vulnerable Function: Comfort
This is the weakest area. ENFJ finds it difficult to care for bodily comfort, routine, and small everyday details. They may fail to notice tiredness or overload themselves and others for the sake of a larger idea. Excessive attention to comfort details can be tiring.
5. Ti — Suggestive Function: Structure
ENFJ is drawn to people who help organize information and explain how everything is connected and structured. A calm and logical explanation of the structure and essence gives them a sense of confidence and support.
6. Se — Activating Function: Force
ENFJ appreciates having someone nearby who can act decisively and show strength and persistence. This helps them feel bolder, defend their ideas more confidently, and influence others.
7. Fi — Limiting Function: Relations
ENFJ can be critical of excessive withdrawal, dividing the world into “ours” and “theirs,” and overinvestment in personal relationships. They prefer to express feelings openly and brightly rather than quietly and intimately.
8. Ne — Background Function: Possibilities
ENFJ naturally sees alternatives and notices new ideas and directions. This works unobtrusively in the background and helps maintain flexibility of thought and ease in communication.
